Wie immer in den letzten Jahren war es ein Magischer Moment oder besser ein Magisches Momentum, was mich in diesen Abgrund der Abgründigkeit hat sanft gleiten lassen, ohne Schaden zu nehmen. ICH bin also nicht abgestürzt. Ich war nur ein wenig weg und habe studiert.

Alles vor 2012 war das barbarische Zeitalter. Bashar / Daryl Anka informierte uns, das mit 2012 die energetische Verteilung ausgeglichen war mit 35% GUT und 65% NICHTGUT. Seitdem verschiebt sich das weiter in Richtung GUT. Da wir alle ungeduldig sind, könnte es ja auch etwas schneller gehen.
Alles ist auf dem Weg, für diejenigen, die das erkennen. Die „Anderen“ haben immer die Wahl erkennen zu wollen. Viele stecken tief drin in ihrem atlantischem DNA Erbe wie Tsarion uns wissen lässt:

Zwei schockierende Artikel zum Geschäftsgebaren von Facebook in wenigen Tage. Ich persönlich bin nicht schockiert, da ich mittlerweile zuviel über Zuckerbergs Geschäftsmodell weiss. Daten sammeln und verkaufen. Je mehr umso besser. Die Öffentlichkeit belügen und betrügen und auf den Schutz der US Regierung hoffen. Das hat mit Obama noch prima funktioniert und sollte mit H.R. Clinton wie GESCHMIERT weiter laufen.
Das tat es aber nicht und so schreit die alte Bush/Clinton/Obama Kabale laut haltet den Dieb der Daten Trump und Putin! Die haben die Wahlen manipuliert und sind Lügner, Betrüger! Sonderermittler Mueller versucht die Ermittlungen bis zum St. Nimmerleinstag zu ziehen, um die Machenschaften seiner Auftraggeber zu beschützen und klagt russische Schinken-Sandwiches an und kreiert einen US Nothingburger nach dem anderen. Ja die dumme deutsche Medienlandschaft stürzt sich wie ein Haufen Strassenhunde auf jeden abgenagten Knochen den CNN, NBC, WaPo auf die Strasse werfen, und suhlen sich genüsslich im Gestank der Verwesung alter toter Lügen. Es wurde mir 2017 ganz heiss empfohlen von einer guten alten Freundin mit wachem Verstand. Ich folgte der Empfehlung und dann hat es mich in einen Leserausch gestrudelt, der mich 2 Tage später aus-spookte und mir wurde Schlag und Artig klar, dass die Generalität, Goering, Hitler und Umfeld bei ihren Endsieg Happenings auf dem Obersalzberg alle auf Opiaten waren.
Anders lassen sich die irren Fantasmen der wahnwitzigen Endsieghybris, mit realen Vergeltungswaffen und damit einhergehend der totale Vernichtung des dritten Reiches nicht erklären. Genau in dieser total berauschten Phase der deutschen Führung kamen die meisten Soldaten ums Leben! Stalingrad war erst der Auftakt dieser morbiden Untergangs Sinfonie.

Viele wissen nicht, dass die Justiz in Deutschland Ländersache ist. Staatsanwälte müssen sich „bewähren“, um aufzusteigen oder Richter zu werden. In Bundesländern mit gewissen politischen Ausrichtungen kommen dann in der Justiz über die Zeit auch bevorzugt Personen mit gewisser politischer Eindimensionalität in entsprechende Position.
In NRW wurde ein Staatsanwalt, dem man den Besitz von Kinderpornografie nachweisen konnte zum Oberstaatsanwalt befördert. Das ist zwar schon länger her, wirft aber ein Licht auf eine gewisse Praxis politischer Ausrichtung in der deutschen Justiz!
Im Finanz(un)wesen werden unliebsame Personen/Firmen durch scharfe Prüfungen bedrängt und Politfreunde lässt man einfach ungeprüft oder lässt sie freundlich prüfen. Der Spiegel berichtete vor Jahren in diesem Zusammenhang über die Bananenrepublik Deutschland. Manchmal packt der Spiegel auch mal Themen an. Berichte darüber und das wars dann. Man könnte ja auch mal hart dran bleiben …

Es gab mal eine Untersuchung/Umfrage. Nach einer Zeit von x Minuten wurden Personen befragt, die vor x Minuten die Tagesschau gesehen hatten. An was konnten sie sich noch erinnern? Das Ergebnis offenbarte eine Art Vakuum – ein Nichts. Aber ist das so? Propaganda wirkt subliminal. Sie schleicht sich ins Bewusstsein und „soll“ Glaubensstrukturen formen und erhärten. Wer täglich die Tagesschau konsumiert bekommt diese Glaubensstrukturen immer und immer wieder in die Hirnwindungen gehämmert.
Ihr die Kirchenmänner sorgt für die Verdummung des Volkes und wir die Adeligen fuer die Verarmung. Von wem dieses Zitat stammt weis ich nicht, es trifft aber den Nagel auf den Kopf.
Für die Verdummung sind heute Agenturen und Medien zuständig. Die Religionsführer spielen nur noch in gewissen zurückgebliebenen Ländern, Gemeinden und Sekten eine grosse Rolle.
Für die Verarmung an Mitteln, Nährstoffen, Gesundheit und Kultur ist die marktkonforme Politik zuständig. Mir fällt da gerade keine Partei ein, die da nicht mitmacht. Aber mit der SPD eine so genannte Volkspartei, die gerne mit dem Reim beschrieben wurde: Wer hat das Land verraten? Die Sozialdemokraten. Nichts neues unter der Sonne!

Vor ein paar Wochen entdeckt ich die Podcasts der NachDenkSeiten. Und „Heute“ (eigentlich ja gestern am 5.1.2019 , aber das würde sich nicht eignen, um das ZDF geschmeidig mit einzubinden) nicht in der Psyop des ZDF, sondern im aktuellen Podcast geht es um die Tagesschau, der Inbegriff der deutschen Nachrichtensendung!
Befragt wurde Volker Bräutigam. Er war in den 70er und 80er Jahren Redakteur bei der „Tagesschau“. Zusammen mit Friedhelm Klinkhammer hat er seit 2014 über 400 Programmbeschwerden eingereicht, die sich mit den Nachrichten der „Tagesschau“ auseinandersetzen. Im Interview mit den NachDenkSeiten findet Bräutigam klare Worte zum Flaggschiff der ARD: „Die Berichterstattung ist russlandfeindlich, sie ist agitatorisch bis bellizistisch, sie ist propagandistisch.“ Eines der großen Probleme: Nachrichteninhalte, die von „transatlantisch getrimmten Nachrichtenagenturen“ kommen. A few weeks ago I discovered the podcasts of the NachDenkPages. And „Heute“ (actually yesterday, 5.1.2019, but that wouldn’t be suitable for integrating ZDF smoothly) is not in ZDF’s Psyop, but the current podcast is about the Tagesschau, the epitome of the German news programme!
Volker Bräutigam was interviewed. He was editor of the „Tagesschau“ in the 70s and 80s. Es begann wie so oft dieser Tage mit einem Videotitel in der Seitenspalte von youtube. Warum YT mir dieses Video angeboten hat, bleibt mir zwar ein Rätsel, aber da ich Überraschungen mag, nahm ich dieses Angebot dankend an. Und das hat megalomanische Folgen, wie wir gemeinsam nachvollziehen werden.
Anschnallen wird nicht helfen. Freies fliegen trifft es eher, denn wir verlassen ganz schnell soliden Grund und Boden.

Gestern hatte ich wieder mal so einen Einkauf 19,19 Euro beim REWE. Eigentlich wollte ich nur Biobananen kaufen, aber dann kam noch dies und das dazu. Als alles registriert war, zeigte das Display besagte 19,19 Euro.
Quersumme 20 = 2 bedeutet Dualität. Und damit ging ich nach Hause mit abgewogenen Biobananen, Biomandarinen, Orangenschokolade, Kartoffelchips und Tiefkühlbioblaubeeren (was für ein Wortwurm). Deutschen Wortwürmern könnte „man“ eine eigene Rubrik widmen – kommt mir gerade so spontan als Idee.

Aus vielen guten Gründen musste ich im Laufe der Zeit eine für mich optimale Frühstücksformel erfinden. Mit chinesischem Frühstück konnte ich mich niemals anfreunden bis auf ein gutes Dim Sum Buffet in einem von Chinesen frequentierten Restaurant. Dort kann das Auge auswählen und die Vielfalt kann probiert werden am besten mit einigen anderen Personen und reichlich Tee.
Denn Dim Sum ohne Tee ist wie ein Reiter ohne Pferd. Und alleine essen im Restaurant in China ist ein echtes Unding.
Mit dem normalen Frühstück meine ich die Reissuppe, in die man dieses und jenes noch reintun kann – Schluerff Schluerff Schluerff!
An Dim Sum Tagen habe ich meine Frühstücksformel einfach später verzehrt.

With the normal breakfast I mean the rice soup, into which one can still put this and that – Slurrp Slurrp Slurrp! It has to be noisy!
On Dim Sum days I simply ate my breakfast formula later.

2013 las ich einen Artikel zu Vitamin D im deutschen „Relotius“ Magazin. Dieser Blindspiegel äußert sich immer wieder gerne industriegefällig abfällig zu alternativen Gesundheitsthemen. Der wieder einmal schäbige Artikel war kurz und das Forum war lang. Damals las ich gerne das Forum, denn dort gab es immer wieder gute weiterführende Informationen. Und da las ich das erste mal von Vitamin K2. Den neuen Begriff gab ich dann in die Suchmaschine und die brachte mich in ein US Forum, wo es um Zahngesundheit ging. Dort wurde das 2012 erschienene Buch von
Dr. Kate Rhéaume-Bleue erwähnt, welches 2016 in deutscher Übersetzung im KOPP Verlag erschien.
Das klang alles sehr logisch damals 2013 und so suchte ich nach K2 und fand es in Form einer flüssigen Kombination mit D3 von Thorne im 30ml Fläschchen . Auch ahnte ich, dass ich einen Vit D Mangel hatte wegen meines Alters und meiner Lebensweise. Und so bestellte ich in den USA 2 Fläschchen.
In 2013 I red an article about vitamin D in the German „Relotius“ fake news magazine. This „Blind Mirror Magazin“ always likes to look down on alternative health topics. The once again shabby article was short and the forum was long. And at that time I studied gladly the forum because there it gave again and again good resuming information. And there I heard the first time of vitamin K2. The new term I gave then into the search machine and that brought me into a US forum, where it all went around tooth health. There the 2012 published book by Dr. Kate Rhéaume-Bleue was mentioned, which appeared 2016 in German translation in the KOPP publishing house.
It all sounded very logical back in 2013 and so I searched for K2 and found it in the form of a liquid combination with D3 by Thorne in a 30ml bottle. I also suspected that I had a Vit D deficiency because of my age and lifestyle. And so I ordered 2 bottles in the USA.

Im November erschien Mark Zuckerberg NICHT in London zu einem „Hearing“ zu einer Befragung über das Gebaren von Facebook. Ein Mann Namens Richard Allan sass neben dem für Zuckerberg reservierten Sitz. Er ist Facebook’s vice president for policy solutions. Bei American Intelligence Media klingelten die Alarmglocken! Und so machte sich das Team um Michael McKibben daran Richard Allan zu erforschen. Und das führte zu hochgradig alarmierenden Ergebnissen, wie wir sehen werden. Mit Hilfe von engagierten Briten konnten die subtile verdeckten Familien Strukturen ausfindig gemacht werden.

In Perlmutters Buch – power up your brain (deutscher Titel – Das Erleuchtete Gehirn) – wird beschrieben, dass Curcumin den NRF2 Pfad aktiviert und das führt zur Neurogenese der Neubildung von Gehirnzellen und deren Einbindung in die neuronalen Strukturen. EGCG der Wirkstoff in Grüntee aktiviert ebenfalls den NRF2 Pfad.
2018 begann ich mit dem Studium des sehr ausführlichen Buches von Ulrich Warnke mit dem Titel BIONISCHE Regeneration – das Altern aufhalten mit den geheimen Strategien der Natur. Im Kapitel 7 – Regeneration durch Xenohormese finden wir u.a. auch das Curcumin.
