Morales zeigt und erklaert uns in diesem Teil, wie die Radarsysteme NEXTRAD benutzt werden, um Wettersysteme in bestimmte Korridore zu drängen. Die gerichtete Radarkeule ist klar zu erkennen an der Südküste der USA im Golf von Mexiko.

Morales shows and explains to us in this section how NEXTRAD radar systems are used to force weather systems into certain corridors. The directional radar beamis clearly visible on the south coast of the USA in the Gulf of Mexico.

37:50 One beams really strong. At least we get a little laugh in the madness. Wow look at the width of that beam and that’s mega beams. … Look at this radar. It’s creating its own system in the 50 nautical mile area.

And of course you got all that main beam and that’s just one heck of a wide beam. We call that searchlight mode. These beams aren’t supposed to do this. It’s for maintenance and it’s not supposed to be beaming for more than five minutes. This thing has been going on for days. So yeah that’s pretty crazy let’s check the velocity and all this stuff …

Ein Strahl ist wirklich stark. Wenigstens lachen wir ein wenig über den Wahnsinn. Wow, schau dir die Breite dieser Radarkeule an und das sind Mega-Radarkeulen. …. Schau dir das Radar an. Es erstellt ein eigenes System in Fläche von 50 nautischen Meilen.

Und hier haben wir die komplette Radarkeule und das ist ein wirklich heftiger Strahl. Wir nennen das Suchscheinwerfermodus. Diese Strahlen sollten so nicht eingesetzt werden. Dieser Modus ist für die Wartung und sollte nicht länger als fünf Minuten strahlen. Dieses Ding geht schon seit Tagen. Also ja, das ist ziemlich verrückt, lass uns die Geschwindigkeit und das ganze Zeug überprüfen….

40:01 Think about it this way. These NEXTRADs they’re not just for the National Weather Service. These are contracted out to the government. They’re contracted out to private companies. It’s the private contractors that are actually doing the weather manipulation with these NEXTRADs. I mean we proved it.

Sieh es mal so. Diese NEXTRADs sind nicht nur für den nationalen Wetterdienst. Diese werden auch an die Regierung vermietet. Sie werden an private Unternehmen vermietet. Es sind die privaten Auftragnehmer, die mit diesen NEXTRADs die Wettermanipulationen durchführen. Ich meine, wir haben es bewiesen.
